Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and driven General Manager (GM) to join our growing team. The AGM plays a critical leadership role in supporting daily operations, mentoring staff, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality, service, and execution.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow within a fast-paced, evolving restaurant group and be an integral part of shaping Chicago’s culinary landscape.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations across service, staffing, and guest satisfaction
Lead by example to foster a positive, high-performing culture
Uphold brand standards and ensure operational excellence across all touchpoints
Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and administrative tasks
Train and develop team members to meet performance and hospitality goals
Monitor and improve financial performance (labor, COGs, budgets)
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and legal requirements
Step into the GM role as needed
2–4+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality excellence
Comfortable with systems (POS, scheduling, inventory) and data-driven decisions
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
Knowledge or passion for Nikkei, Peruvian, or Latin cuisines is highly valued
