We re seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our expanding team in South Nashville TN. This is an outpatient-only role focused on quality, continuity, and compassion.
Schedule: Monday Friday
Specialty: Primary Care (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)

- Deliver high-quality, comprehensive care to adult patients.
- Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions.
- Emphasize prevention, screenings, and health education.
- Collaborate with an integrated care team and referral network.
- Document care efficiently using electronic health records (EHR).

- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Current or eligible for an unrestricted Florida medical license.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and diagnostic skills.

Primary Care PhysicianRequired Education
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of residency training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Required Licenses & Certifications
- Current, unrestricted Florida Medical License (or ability to obtain).
- Board Certification in Family Medicine (or Board Eligible).
- Current State DEA Certificate.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous medical education and staying current with advancements in family medicine.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish language proficiency preferred, but not required.
- Experience in a value-based or managed care setting is a plus.
