Integrity Locums
Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing for 9-12 months
- Schedule: 6-8 call shifts per month
- Coverage Type: 24-hour on-call, 7 AM to 7 AM with a 20-minute response time
Clinical Details:
- Setting: Critical Access Hospital and Clinic
- Trauma Level: Level I Nursery, Level I Trauma
- Bed Size: 25 beds, 3 L&D beds, 4 postpartum beds
- Patients per Day: 18 in clinic
- Call: OB/GYN clinic care, OB and GYN call coverage through L&D Unit and ED
- Contact by cell phone
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: MA or LPN in clinic, L&D RNs at hospital, 2 OB/GYN, 2 FPBO, and 2 CNM
- Required Procedures: C-Section, Ectopic, Repair of 3rd-4th degree lacerations, D&Cs, ER consults
- Required Cases: Low risk/high risk OB, ultrasounds, amniocentesis, routine/complicated deliveries, VBACs, GYN surgeries, and FHR interpretation
- Must be comfortable with OB inductions, emergent GYN surgeries, and supervising C-sections
- In-house anesthesia
- Will do admits
Requirements:
- Board Certification or Truly Board Eligible
- State License: WA highly preferred, IMLC (LOQ) considered
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, DEA
- Malpractice: Clean record highly preferred
- Local candidates preferred
