We are growing and looking for a motivated *Lead HVAC Installer* to join our team and oversee installation projects from start to finish.
*Position Overview*
The *Lead HVAC Installer* is responsible for managing and executing the installation of HVAC systems. This role requires both hands-on technical expertise and strong leadership to guide a crew, ensure jobs are completed on time, and maintain our high standards of quality and safety.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Lead installation teams on residential HVAC projects. * Install HVAC units, ductwork, refrigerant lines, and related components according to codes and company standards. * Train, mentor, and oversee installers and apprentices. * Communicate effectively with managers, customers, and team members. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and job site protocols. * Troubleshoot issues during installation and provide solutions in real time. * Maintain tools, equipment, and job site organization. * Complete project documentation and ensure quality control.
* *Qualifications* * 5+ years of HVAC installation experience. * Proven leadership and team management skills. * Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices. * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
