Overnight Bakery Production Manager

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Overnight Bakery Production Manager to lead our bakery's overnight operations.

Bakery Manager Responsibilities

1. Oversee overnight production, ensuring top-quality baking, finishing, and packaging.
2. Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor forecasting in partnership with bakery leadership.
3. Maintain food safety, sanitation, and compliance with all regulatory standards.
4. Coach and develop team members, fostering a positive and efficient work culture.
5. Monitor production metrics and drive continuous improvement in quality, yield, and efficiency.

Bakery Manager Requirements

• At least 7+ years of high-volume bakery production, including at least 3-5 years in management
• Experience in high-volume production or multi-unit bakery
• Knowledgeable on food safety, state regulations & standards
• Proficient with production planning, scheduling, quality control and execution
• Managed at least 40+ employees, bilingual in Spanish is preferred
