This role involves interpreting repair documentation and performing comprehensive quantity assessments to produce reliable cost models. The ideal applicant has a strong foundation in forensic construction consulting. Prior engagement in field assessments, legal strategy sessions, expert consultations, and mediation support is essential. Candidates with deposition or courtroom testimony experience are especially encouraged to apply. An advanced background in cost estimation is critical. This is an exciting chance to play a key role in the regional growth of a well-established national advisory firm expanding across the Southwest, Southcentral, Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast U.S. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
