About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Business Development to provide sales leadership, set corporate goals, and coach a high-performing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating and executing corporate sales strategies, with a focus on achieving admit and census goals. This role involves growing a profitable business, developing sales talent, and fostering a corporate presence within the customer base. The RVP will also be expected to build a high-performing sales team by recruiting top sales talent and working in partnership with the Operation Leadership team to support a shared vision for growth.

Candidates for the Regional Vice President of Business Development position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or National Board Approved Licensure, with a minimum of 2 years in sales management and at least 3 years of experience in the industry. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to travel extensively within the assigned area. The role requires a driven, energetic, organized, and professional individual who can demonstrate a track record of meeting sales goals and developing sales talent.
