About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead the HR strategy and execution for its global packaging and food technologies segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the HR agenda, including talent attraction, development, and retention, as well as strategic organization design and workforce planning. This role requires a leader who can build and develop a strong leadership team, stabilize and transform the organization's culture, and ensure the company's compliance with all employment legislation. The VP of HR will also be a key partner in driving the company's value drivers and achieving industry-leading KPIs related to turnover and internal fill rates.

Candidates for this role at The Company should have a degree in HR, business, or a related field, with an MBA or graduate degree preferred. A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in a senior HR management position within a fast-paced, high-growth organization is essential. The role demands a strong business acumen, expert communication skills, and a proven track record in building and maintaining a high-performance, engaged culture. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, and decision-making, and have the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills in Italian or German being a plus.
