About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Product Management for its core product, which is undergoing a significant evolution to enhance its value and intelligence. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of this transformation, leading the end-to-end product strategy and execution to make the product more powerful, intelligent, and essential for users. This role involves a deep understanding of product craft, a strong design sensibility, and a proven track record of mentoring high-performing teams. The VP will be responsible for the full customer journey within the core product, from survey creation to insights, and will drive initiatives to make the product more intuitive, insight-rich, and AI-enabled. Close partnership with UX, Engineering, and Data is essential to build cohesive, elegant, and high-impact experiences that align with business goals.

Candidates for this role should have at least 12 years of product management experience, with a focus on SaaS, and a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to operationalize continuous user insight generation and embed it into product decisions. Experience in scaling product teams, defining organizational structures, and applying AI/ML in a thoughtful and value-driven manner is also necessary. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, a track record of building user-first experiences, and a history of partnering cross-functionally to drive transformation and business impact. The position demands a leader who can foster a culture of product excellence, drive the application of AI/ML, and ensure responsible innovation practices.
