The successful candidate will be responsible for a large-scale operation, including 8 manufacturing plants, 7 distribution centers, and a significant workforce. Key responsibilities for the VP of Operations include working cross-functionally to enhance business performance, overseeing day-to-day operations, and instilling a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in multi-site operations, Lean practices, and transformation within manufacturing and supply chain environments.
