Lead a well-established, AAHA-accredited, Fear Free™ certified small animal hospital located in the heart of Baltimore, MD. As Medical Director, you will continue to practice hands-on veterinary medicine while guiding medical standards, mentoring veterinarians, and influencing the long-term clinical direction of the hospital. About You: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Degree Hold a Maryland State License Confident in general practice medicine, surgery and dentistry Passionate about leadership, mentorship and delivering excellent patient care Leadership experience is advantageous but not essential (mentorship available!) Understanding of Fear Free approaches Excellent communication and collaboration skills
