Position Overview: The Senior Construction Draw Manager will report to the Head of Draws Administration and partner with the Head of Asset Management to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant disbursement of construction funds. This role involves close coordination with contractors, borrowers, Third Party Originators (TPOs), and internal teams, while supporting multi-family, single-family, and mixed-use residential construction projects.
