hands-on exposure across the full investment lifecycle
and direct involvement with portfolio company boards. The firm focuses on Industrials and TMT, providing an opportunity to work closely with senior investors on strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities Source and evaluate new investment opportunities in Industrials and TMT Build and own financial models, valuations, and investment committee materials Lead and support due diligence, working closely with management teams and advisors Play an active role in deal execution, structuring, and negotiations Attend portfolio company board meetings and engage with senior management on strategic initiatives Monitor portfolio performance and help drive value creation
Requirements Prior private equity experience preferred (current PE candidates strongly encouraged) Experience investing in Industrials and/or TMT Strong financial modeling and investment judgment Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and take ownership of projects
