Partner with internal stakeholders to uphold the highest levels of accuracy in the bank's asset quality and risk mitigation strategies. Formulate detailed projections and ratio analyses to determine the long-term viability of commercial real estate investments.
Qualifications: 2+ years in credit assessment specifically within the commercial real estate sector. Prior experience performing financial analysis within a community-focused banking environment. Advanced capability in drafting formal credit memorandums and presenting findings to decision-makers.
