Role Description This is a remote contract role for a Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT). The licensed clinician will provide mental health therapy rooted in trauma-informed care, facilitate client-centered sessions, and develop individualized treatment plans. Additional responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date documentation, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, and staying informed about relevant practices and research to support client outcomes.

Qualifications State licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in good standing Experience in trauma-informed care and delivering client-centered therapy Strong skills in communication, active listening, and empathy Ability to create and adhere to individualized treatment plans and maintain timely clinical documentation Familiarity with somatic tools, mindfulness practices, or movement-based therapeutic interventions is a plus Experience working with diverse and marginalized communities in culturally sensitive ways Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field Commitment to continuing education and staying updated on best practices in mental health and wellness

Compensation Therapists contracted with Lotus Life Total Wellness (LLTW) are compensated at a rate of

$65 per clinical hour . A clinical hour is defined as direct client-facing services, including individual therapy sessions, approved evaluations, and other billable clinical services as authorized by LLTW. Therapists are engaged as

1099 independent contractors

and are responsible for managing their own taxes, benefits, licensure requirements, and professional liability insurance(1M/3M liability). Compensation is issued based on completed and documented sessions, in accordance with LLTW’s billing and payroll policies. Sessions must be accurately recorded, clinical documentation completed within required timeframes (24hrs), and services rendered in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards to be eligible for payment.
