Home Health We are seeking a seasoned Registered Nurse leader to join our home health agency as
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) . This role is ideal for a clinically strong, organized, and compassionate professional with proven home health experience—including pediatric and intermittent cases—and a commitment to clinical quality and regulatory excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily clinical operations and supervise Nursing Supervisors, Patient Care Coordinators, and field staff Conduct home visits and ensure care delivery meets Medicare Conditions of Participation and Joint Commission standards Lead staff orientation, training, and ongoing clinical education Chair the Quality Assurance Committee and drive quality improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation requirements Partner with leadership on patient safety, compliance initiatives, and emergency preparedness planning Serve as CLIA Director and participate in on-call rotations as required Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific) Minimum of 2 years of home health nursing experience At least 1 year of supervisory or clinical leadership experience Strong working knowledge of Medicare CoPs, QA/QI programs, and EMR systems Excellent leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with pediatric and intermittent care Familiarity with CLIA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nursing leader to make a meaningful impact on patient care, clinical outcomes, and team development within a growing home health organization.
