The Position: Client: Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) Position Title: PTC - Procurement Tech Analyst Exception (789948) Location: Hybrid; Remote Off-Site and On-Site in Middletown, PA Duration: Initial term through 06/30/2026 (+ Annual Renewal in 1-Year Terms)
Note: This is a hybrid, mostly remote off-site. Candidates must currently reside with a reasonable commuting distance (1.5-hours/75-miles +/-) of Middletown, PA. In addition to the PA ePATCH background check, PTC requires a National Criminal Background Check prior to engagement start.
The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) is seeking a Procurement Tech Analyst. The selected Candidate will perform the following duties; - Manage staff augmentation requisition process including working with internal stakeholders to finalize requests - Submitting staff augmentation requisitions to external vendors - Entering shopping carts in SAP SRM - Process changes to purchase orders in SAP SRM - Assist IT team members with shopping carts and goods receipts as needed - Review monthly invoicing for all staff augmentation and process change orders and goods receipts as appropriate - Review IT dashboards for accuracy and maintain data as needed - Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients - Work independently to accomplish the tasks and duties assigned - Adhere to and follow all PTC standards, policies, and procedures - Utilize various software and/or technology tools to perform job duties - Perform tasks and other duties as assigned by the PTC
The Skills and Experience: - 2+ Years: Experience in SAP SRM functions - Display, Shop, Receiving - Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
