Salesforce Customer Portal Integration
Role Summary
This role supports the integration of enterprise applications with a Salesforce-based Customer Portal, enabling seamless customer interactions, data exchange, and self-service capabilities.
Key Responsibilities Develop Java services to integrate enterprise systems with Salesforce APIs. Build Angular-based user interfaces that complement Salesforce Customer Portals. Implement secure data exchange between backend systems and Salesforce. Support authentication, authorization, and SSO integrations. Enhance customer-facing workflows, dashboards, and case management interfaces. Ensure data consistency and error handling across integrated platforms.
Required Skills Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs Angular, TypeScript, UI integration Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events) OAuth, SSO, and security best practices SQL and enterprise data models
Domain Experience (Preferred) CRM integrations Customer portals or B2B/B2C digital platforms
