Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Systems Administrator based in Washington, DC. The Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the companys IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, providing technical support to users, and ensuring the security and efficiency of IT systems. The role includes managing server hardware and software, updating system configurations, and troubleshooting network and system performance issues.

Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively Proficiency in Troubleshooting complex IT systems and ensuring their optimal performance Experience in providing Technical Support and managing IT-related inquiries for users Excellent Communication skills to liaise with team members and clients effectively Solid knowledge of Information Technology systems and practices Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
