Need to be local to Texas. Position will be 2 days remote with 3 days (Mon, Wed, Thur) onsite.
Job Description: Extensive experience in network architecture across AWS and on-premises environments. Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), network segmentation, and firewall technologies. Hands-on experience with hybrid connectivity solutions (VPN, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway). Expertise in network security principles, including encryption, identity, and compliance frameworks. Proficiency in high availability design, load balancing, and failover strategies. Familiarity with network automation tools (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD integration for infrastructure. Experience with multi-cloud networking (Azure, GCP) and cloud-native networking services. Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and advanced security models. Exposure to SD-WAN technologies and network observability tools (NetFlow, CloudWatch, Prometheus). Understanding of cost optimization strategies for cloud networking. Certifications such as AWS Advanced Networking Specialty, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, or Azure Network Engineer Associate.
