The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving, and brings a strong operational logistics foundation to support our growing footprint. What you will do:

Order Fulfillment & Daily Operations

Monitor daily order flow across DTC and retail channels, ensuring accurate, on-time processing and SLA adherence. Manage and resolve order exceptions—including EDI errors, routing compliance issues, shipment discrepancies, tracking concerns, and chargebacks. Serve as a key operational support partner for 3PL and transportation teams to facilitate smooth execution and resolve delivery issues. Create and maintain accurate shipping records, including WMS shipment creation, NetSuite receipts, and documentation for retail fulfillment. Conduct root cause analyses for fulfillment delays, service failures, or recurring operational issues, recommending corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. Retail Compliance & Market Support

Support compliance requirements for major retailers such as Walmart, Sam’s Club, Amazon, Costco, and emerging LATAM/Canada partners. Maintain and optimize routing guides to ensure strict adherence to retailer standards and minimize chargebacks. Support operational readiness for new retail and DTC market setups, partner onboarding, and new product introductions. Monitor retailer-specific fulfillment performance, identify compliance gaps, and collaborate internally to resolve issues. Inventory Management & Systems Support

Help maintain inventory accuracy across North American 3PLs for 1,000+ SKUs by tracking discrepancies and ensuring system-to-system alignment. Create and manage transfer orders under logistics guidance, coordinating inventory movement across warehouse locations. Support S&OP and operational reporting through data validation, trend monitoring, and timely KPI updates. Process Improvement & Documentation

Track logistics KPIs such as OTIF, delivery performance, fill rates, and exception counts, surfacing insights to logistics leadership. Assist in developing, refining, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for logistics workflows including routing, tracking, returns, claims, and compliance. Analyze operational trends to identify failure patterns and support improvements across transportation, order management, and fulfillment processes. We would love to have you on our team if you have:

5+ years of hands‑on logistics experience, with a strong understanding of order management and fulfillment processes. Hands‑on experience diagnosing and resolving order‑level issues within ERP, WMS, and/or EDI systems.
