Oracle Fusion Technical Architect – Financials, Procurement & HCM

Job Summary The Oracle Fusion Technical Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable and secure solutions across Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud, including Financials, Procurement, Projects, and HCM. This role requires hands‑on technical leadership, development, testing, and close collaboration with functional and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end technical architecture for Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementations and enhancements
Lead and participate in RICEW development (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)
Define and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and file-based integrations
Develop BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, and custom data models
Create and manage FBDI and ADFdi templates and data conversion processes
Implement Oracle Cloud security including roles, data access, and user provisioning
Architect real-time and batch integrations with legacy and third‑party systems
Define master data management and synchronization strategies
Ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud best practices, standards, and security guidelines
Support Oracle quarterly updates, impact analysis, and regression testing
Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers
Mentor developers and coordinate with Oracle Support for issue resolution
Skill Requirements
Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud modules (Financials, Procurement, Projects, HCM)
Expertise in RICEW components
Hands‑on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Experience with Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS)
Strong experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, and ADF
Experience with FBDI and ADFdi data uploads
Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP Web Services
Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL, JavaScript, and Groovy
Understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Terraform
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
10+ years of overall IT experience
5+ years of Oracle Cloud ERP technical architecture and development experience
Certifications (Preferred)
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect (Associate or Professional)
Oracle Integration Cloud Specialist
Oracle ERP Cloud Technical Certification
