You’ll guide senior executives on AI roadmaps, build business cases delivering productivity gains, reduce costs, and strengthen compliance. You’ll lead a high‑performing team of account executives, solution architects, and technical experts, orchestrating collaboration to deliver tailored AI solutions.

Who You Will Be Working With

Report to the regional leader of technical sales within a technical sales organization.

Collaborate with strategic customers, account executives, sales leadership, GTM team members, and technical solution architects.

Support teams with early technical acumen to add fast value in the sales cycle.

What You Will Do

Own the executive sales cycle from discovery to close: map business problems to offers, orchestrate virtual teams, shape proposals/SOWs, and negotiate to signature.

Lead with value/ROI: build business cases, success metrics, and adoption plans for measurable impact.

Facilitate C‑level conversations to align on specific AI initiatives.

Partner co‑sell & funding: align with Microsoft and other hyperscalers for workshops, funding motions.

Maintain pipeline discipline with accurate Salesforce hygiene and weekly cadences.

Evangelize responsibly: position governance, identity, Purview, DLP, and COE patterns to reduce risk while scaling value.

Professional Experience The ideal candidate will bring 5 to 10+ years of demonstrated success in solutions sales focused on data platforms, analytics, or artificial intelligence. This includes a proven track record selling multi‑workload programs and professional services.

Cloud and Platform Expertise

Microsoft:

proficiency with Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio/Agents.

AWS:

familiarity with Bedrock, SageMaker and related data analytics services.

Google Cloud:

experience with Vertex AI, Dialogflow/CCAI, BigQuery analytics patterns.

Ecosystem:

awareness of Databricks and Snowflake lakehouse patterns and business intelligence platforms (Power BI, Looker, QuickSight).

Business Acumen Ability to translate executive‑level objectives—growth, margin, risk, customer/employee experience—into a well‑structured AI roadmap and adoption plan, presenting a clear narrative connecting agents, data, and governance to desired business outcomes.

Team Leadership and Orchestration Proven capability in leading virtual pursuit teams and coordinating partner co‑selling and funding efforts.

Technical Familiarity

Familiarity with agentic patterns, including Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), tool use, and orchestration, and understanding how these intersect with line‑of‑business applications and data estates.

Willingness and ability to travel frequently within a designated Sales District, up to 25% of the time.

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is $106,000 - $150,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for additional compensation elements (cell allowances, annual bonus, commissions) and a comprehensive benefits plan.
