Role Overview This is a hands-on execution role supporting increased deal activity across Value-Add, Core/Core+, and Listed Infrastructure strategies. The Vice President will drive transaction execution, support portfolio management and value creation initiatives, and contribute to thematic research and strategic priorities, including U.S. expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Execute full-cycle infrastructure investments, including origination support, diligence, financial modeling, structuring, and closing
Prepare and present materials for Investment Committee review
Support portfolio management, value creation initiatives, and exit preparation
Conduct market, sector, and thematic research aligned with global investment priorities
Collaborate across private and listed strategies to leverage platform-wide insights
Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and growth efforts
Candidate Profile
5 - 7 years of experience in infrastructure private equity, energy/utilities investing, investment banking, or a related transaction-oriented role
Strong background in power, energy, and infrastructure; broad infrastructure exposure preferred
Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
Entrepreneurial, meritocratic mindset with the ability to operate independently
Strong communication skills and comfort engaging senior stakeholders
