Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Superintendent role located primarily in San Diego, CA. The Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day operations of healthcare construction projects, ensuring they align with project specifications, budgets, and schedules. Responsibilities include self performing construction tasks, managing subcontractors, maintaining safety standards, solving on-site challenges, and collaborating with the project team to deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications
Experience in HCAI (OSHPD) healthcare projects, and knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Proficiency in project scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site problem-solving.
Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills to manage subcontractors, journeymen, and ensure project success.
Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control measures in a construction setting.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Proficiency in construction management software is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare construction.
