Join Intuit to lead the transformation of how customers experience money products within the context of fraud and risk management. This role builds strategy, roadmap, and execution to elevate risk controls, scale risk operations with AI, and reduce customer friction.
Overview Intuit is a global technology platform that helps over 50 million consumers, small businesses, and self‑employed customers prosper. As part of Fintech, our Risk Product team powers Fintech Risk Management to detect and mitigate fraud and financial risks, minimizing impact on good customers.
Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end product capabilities to assess customer risk across all product offerings, ensuring a seamless experience across the ecosystem.
Deeply understand the customer journey and minimize friction through automated real‑time decisions and effortless offline processes.
Transform risk assessment by building scalable capabilities that stitch data across numerous sources to manage fraud risk, financial risk, and regulatory compliance.
Leverage customer insights to formulate platform vision, develop hypotheses, initiatives, and own success metrics.
Build strong relationships with product, engineering, risk, and operations teams to influence and align on platform roadmap.
Establish product delivery timelines in close collaboration with development teams; communicate frequently and clearly across the business.
Ruthlessly prioritize initiatives and drive execution with strong focus on process and tactical execution.
Qualifications
4+ years designing and delivering world‑class products in a Product Management role.
Deep customer empathy and curiosity.
Passion for solving problems of all sizes.
Design‑thinking mindset.
Track record of prioritizing, communicating, and influencing teams.
Strong analytical skills paired with a data‑informed mindset.
Experience partnering with engineering and design teams to define, build, and maintain products critical to growth, engagement, and retention.
Financial industry knowledge is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Compensation Compensation for this position includes base salary, equity rewards, and benefits. Base pay ranges for this role are $114,000–$167,000 per year. For more information about our pay and benefits, see Intuit Benefits.
