Base Pay: $122,550 – $201,000 per year.

As a Product Manager, Vice President within the Total Rewards organization at JPMorgan Chase, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end‑to‑end product life cycle. You will utilize your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top‑tier experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality products that exceed customer expectations. You will lead the transformation of our organization’s job architecture and skills mapping processes, driving the development and implementation of innovative solutions that modernize how we define jobs, map skills, and support multiple employee experiences across the enterprise.
Job Responsibilities
Develop a product strategy and product vision that articulates a vision for the future of job architecture and skills mapping within the organization.
Manage discovery efforts and market research to identify emerging trends in job architecture, skills taxonomies, and talent management and integrate them into the product roadmap.
Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
Pilot and scale innovative solutions, such as dynamic job frameworks.
Lead cross‑functional teams to design, build, launch new tools, frameworks, or platforms that streamline job architecture updates and skills mapping.
Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leaders.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
Strong prioritization and execution skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
Data fluency and analytical capabilities, experience working with large sets of data to drive decision‑making and identify insights.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
General HR domain expertise, particularly in areas of compensation, workforce planning, HR data & analytics.
Prior experience in job architecture, job design, and/or skills strategy.
