What You’ll Do

Own Vacatia’s data products portfolio, partnering with the Data team on execution and outcomes.

Translate business needs into scalable, reusable data products.

Define and align canonical entities, shared metrics, and source‑of‑truth rules.

Lead identity and entity resolution across CRM, marketing, booking, support, web/app, and payments.

Drive data integration and productization across platforms including Salesforce, booking systems, analytics tools, and Snowflake (or similar).

Enable activation, personalization, and lifecycle decisioning through reliable data access.

Partner with Security, Legal, and Data to ensure governance, privacy, quality, and trust.

Define KPIs, measure adoption, and tie roadmap investments to business outcomes.

What You Bring

5+ years of Product Management experience building data‑heavy, platform, or analytics‑driven products.

Strong technical fluency in data systems (warehouses/lakehouses, data modeling, ETL/ELT, APIs, event pipelines, SQL).

Experience working across customer, marketing, sales, service, and transactional data ecosystems.

Proven ability to define semantic layers and shared metrics that align teams.

Strong cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder influence skills.

Experience with experimentation, measurement, and attribution.

Bonus:

Experience with Salesforce (Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud), CDPs, identity graphs, or travel/hospitality data complexity.
