We’re looking for an enthusiastic Front Desk Supervisor to support our Front Desk Leadership while delivering attentive, courteous, and efficient service to every guest—before arrival, during their stay, and beyond. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you’ll lead with energy, positivity, and professionalism—setting the standard for unforgettable guest experiences. From seamless check‑ins to friendly problem solving, you’ll inspire your team and create meaningful moments that guests truly appreciate.

What You’ll Do

Provide exceptional guest service with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism

Support Front Desk Leadership with daily operations

Lead, coach, and motivate front desk team members

Assist with guest concerns and resolve issues with care and confidence

Ensure policies and procedures are followed

Contribute to a welcoming, engaged, and service‑focused environment

What We’re Looking For

Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills

Friendly, positive, and service‑driven personality

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Detail‑oriented with a passion for guest satisfaction

Salary: $23.00 Hourly
