Job Summary Provide on‑site Network Information Management, Computer and LAN Administration, Cybersecurity, and Technical Helpdesk Support to maintain existing networks.
Responsibilities and Duties Candidates will provide computer and network operation and maintenance, perform hardware installations, perform software installations, conduct reconfigurations, diagnostic testing, systems analysis, troubleshooting, and repair of the specified IT networking resources. Candidates will install, configure, test, operate, maintain and manage network hardware (e.g. switches, routers, capabilities, etc.), software and operating systems. Candidates will implement and operate network services and systems to include hardware and virtual environments. Candidates will support installation, operation, maintenance, disaster recovery, and administration of standalone workstations and server systems, networked workstations and server systems, and LANs.
Qualifications and Skills Required knowledge and years of experience
Candidates shall have at least four (4) years of system management experience to include Network Infrastructure, Security Expertise, System Administration, and Cloud Computing.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Certifications
CompTIA Sec+ (Required), CompTIA A+/CompTIA Net+ (Desired)
