Overview
Join Salesforce as a Senior Coordinator for the Executive Partnership Event. This role provides high‑touch operational support and advanced logistics management for strategic events and collaborates with the Executive Marketing and Talent teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support executive‑level event strategy, execution, and attendee engagement at high‑value third‑party events.
Coordinate attendee intelligence and liaison with sales account executives for event participants.
Handle guest registration and high‑touch logistical coordination for executive attendees.
Oversee end‑to‑end speaker management, including outreach, travel arrangements, accommodation logistics, and content readiness for proprietary events.
Manage speaker assets, build presentation decks, align schedules with event strategy, and lead comprehensive speaker briefings.
Partner with Content Lead on speaker selection, session creation, and secure leadership approvals, ensuring content aligns with strategic messaging.
Track, measure, and report against defined team and event objectives and KPIs; maintain and update talent database.
Qualifications
Strong project management and time management skills.
Proactive, self‑starter capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience managing multiple high‑visibility projects.
5+ years of event/speaker management experience, preferably large‑scale conferences.
Experience working with C‑level executives and high‑profile speakers.
Strong presentation development, speaker prep, and logistics coordination skills.
Familiarity with Rainfocus and event registration systems.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
