This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic, forward‑thinking group of professionals at a firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide. Our Dallas office is expanding, and we’re looking for an attorney ready to build a long‑term career in employment litigation with a nationally recognized team.
Responsibilities
Independently manage all phases of complex litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
Conduct and defend depositions, draft and argue substantive motions, and handle oral arguments in state and federal courts
Lead cases from inception through resolution, ensuring effective case development, risk assessment, and client communication throughout

Qualifications
JD from an ABA approved Law School
Admittance in Texas
A minimum of 3+ years of employment or general liability litigation experience
Outstanding research, writing and oral advocacy skills
Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills
