Position Responsibilities
Draft, negotiate and review contracts, including customer, vendor and third‑party service agreements.
Assess commercial transactions and provide practical legal and business advice to achieve desired business outcomes.
Conduct legal research, prepare documents and offer guidance to business leaders on a variety of legal issues.
Interpret laws, rulings and regulations to determine applicability to the company's business.
Minimum Requirements
Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.
4+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate setting.
Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin or eligible for admission as in‑house counsel.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
