Job Overview General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer needs. They also maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays, ensuring proper order and appearance. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
Base Pay Range $20.00/hr - $33.00/hr
Hourly wage: $20 - $33 per hour.
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
