Overview Department: Marketing

Hybrid: 2 days a week in Somerset, NJ office

Responsibilities Position Overview: Leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi‑channel marketing campaigns aimed at driving lead generation, appointments, and sales conversions. Full‑funnel, performance‑driven marketer with strong digital, advertising, direct mail, and event marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead marketing acquisition strategy and execution

Set overall campaign objectives and KPIs

Build Go To Market (GTM) plans to meet business objectives

Directly manage budget allocation and performance across channels with a focus on efficiency, scale, and revenue outcomes

Partner with Sales and channel managers on media plans and campaign execution

Lead testing across all platforms with clear hypotheses and learning agendas

Provide unified reporting and go‑forward recommendations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing, or related field)

8-10 years of experience in a fast‑paced, dynamic marketing environment

Experience in lead generation and program optimization for consumer brands, service organizations, or client marketing organizations

Expertise developing strategy for omnichannel (digital, advertising, events, web) campaigns

Must Have Skills

Deep understanding of performance marketing and campaign optimization

Data‑driven mindset and ability to make go‑forward recommendations based on results

Strong analytical and reporting capabilities

Experience managing large‑scale campaigns across multiple channels

Go to Market Planning

Attention to detail

Exceptional organizational, follow‑up, and time‑management skills

Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and facilitate multiple project execution

Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to follow directions as well as adherence to company values/policies.

Proven track record of managing large scale campaigns across channels

Strong MS Office and analytical skills

Excellent project management and leadership acumen

Above average written, verbal and presentation skills.

Nice To Have

Familiarity with project management tools and reporting dashboards

Working knowledge of content optimization

Experience with AI marketing tools

Experience with Google Analytics and Google Looker

Target Salary Range 105 - 118k Base + Bonus
