Head of Sales This role requires a strategic thinker with hands‑on leadership experience, deep knowledge of sales operations and CRM processes, and a strong analytical mindset.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals, prioritize key market segments, and increase sales.
Analyze current sales statistics and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and report findings to senior management.
Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members, conducting regular performance reviews and setting goals to ensure they achieve and exceed their targets.
Coordinate daily trading activities to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues that arise.
Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members, ensuring they are aligned with company values and priorities.
Collaborate with senior management to improve and develop the sales department, providing feedback on areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
Conduct market analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
Requirements
7–10 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Proven B2B/B2C sales experience.
Fluent English (C1–C2) is mandatory.
Experience managing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Inflow, or similar).
Experience building a sales department from the ground up.
Digitally savvy: strong proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast.
Highly organized and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong negotiation abilities and team collaboration.
Results‑driven, accountable, and effective in managing change.
