Overview This role is for a VP, Account Director to own our day-to-day relationship with senior-level clients on a creatively ambitious brand. You’ll be equal parts:

Team Leader:

Helping bring out the best in our talent by organizing work, orchestrating stakeholders and clearing the path for what’s possible.

Modern Marketer:

A clear understanding of the digital and social landscape, with the ability to help brands show up in modern, culture-first ways.

Proactive Prioritizer : Finding ways to balance short-term and long-term ambitions, priorities and workstreams to lead an iconic brand into its future.

AI-Enthusiast : Taking an active interest in – and being an early adopter of – how AI is supercharging our impact, individually and across the marketing continuum.

Responsibilities

Establishes and maintains strong relationships with the team, partner agencies, and client counterparts.

Manages, develops, and inspires team members to become their client’s best partners by delivering strategic and creative excellence, introducing clients to innovative solutions, delivering quality service, and delivering programs that deliver on clients’ business objectives.

Monitors progress of programs to ensure we are delivering on planned goals both internally and with the brand’s yearly plans.

Ensures all team members have a complete understanding of the client’s business. Understands the client’s business as well as main competitors.

Develops and maintains cooperative working relationships with agency teammates and counterparts at partner agencies (media, earned/PR, activation, shopper, etc.).

Anticipates potential issues and proactively develops solutions to mitigate risks and ensure smooth project delivery.

Manages account profitability, revenue forecasting, and works to ensure accurate billing and financial health of client accounts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Advertising or related field preferred (not required)

Approximately 8-10 years of advertising/marketing experience

Passion and instinct for big ideas that execute through social and digital channels

Proven ability to leverage AI / Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive efficiency and effectiveness in client work

Established credibility among colleagues and clients

Leadership qualities to inspire internal and external partners

Exceptional writing, speaking and presentation skills

Ability to travel as required for client meetings, presentations, and events.

Compensation Range: $146,490- $230,460 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
