10+ years experience in working on (develop/design/architect) CRM and/or Enterprise Class Solutions
6+ year’s experience with Salesforce.com
Experience on Service Cloud is preferred
Contact Center experience is preferred
Experience in Insurance and/or Financial Services Projects will be good to have
Functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce.com and the force.com platform
Custom development experience in Force.com(Apex, visualforce), integration with other enterprise applications and salesforce.com ecosystem applications
Experience in designing/developing Web Services/Rest API to interface with other systems
Experience with Enterprise Integration and ETL tools

Comprehend the Business/IT drivers and work with the Stakeholders to arrive at the Salesforce.com Rollout Strategy, be it migration, transformation or consolidation.
Understand customer's business requirements and technical environment to architect the optimal solution
Design solutions on the Salesforce.com Platform leveraging design patterns (standards & solution specific)
Collaborate with the different product vendors/app groups while designing the interfaces with 3rd party services, backend systems and various monitoring/analytical tools
Lead the development team in delivering the solution
Perform quality assurance on deliverables and work products
Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues
