This is not a passive asset management role. It’s a high‑impact, leadership position where you’ll drive performance, lead property‑management teams, and directly influence NOI, revenue, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead weekly performance reviews and hold PM teams accountable

Own KPIs: occupancy, leasing, renewals, delinquency, expenses, NOI

Oversee value‑add renovations and capital expenditures

Diagnose financials and drive results

Conduct site visits, audits, and problem‑solve in real time

Partner directly with ownership
