The Brand Director is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that drive brand growth, equity, and consistency across all channels. This leadership role oversees brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, and multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends. The Brand Director partners with cross‑functional teams to build and sustain a compelling and differentiated brand presence in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage long‑term brand strategies to enhance market position and achieve business goals.

Lead all aspects of brand management, including positioning, messaging architecture, brand guidelines, and visual identity.

Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and experiential channels.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, sales, communications) and external agencies to ensure consistent brand representation.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform brand strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications.

Measure and report on brand performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

Mentor and develop brand and creative team members to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to maximize ROI for all brand initiatives.

Serve as a brand ambassador for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the organizations core values and vision.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

8+ years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong understanding of branding principles, market research, and consumer behavior.

Experience managing creative teams, agencies, and large‑scale campaigns.

Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Proficiency with brand management tools, digital marketing platforms, and analytics software.

U.S. residency is required; applications from outside the United States will not be considered.

Compensation and Benefits Annual Salary Range: $150,000 – $210,000, dependent upon experience, education, and location within the U.S.
