About The Role In this role, you will be responsible for providing a consultative approach to large, sophisticated business clients with complex treasury needs. You will develop new treasury management business, expand existing relationships, handle high‑touch clients, and collaborate with Relationship Managers, Division Managers, and other business lines to onboard new clients.
Develop sales plans to identify expansion of existing clients in conjunction with Relationship Managers by preparing call schedules and presentations.
Present a consultative working cash‑flow presentation to prospects and existing clients.
Lead client/prospect sales calls with Relationship Managers and Technical Solutions Consultants.
Drive collaboration between business lines to implement new solutions for new and existing clients.
Lead consultative conversations with new and existing customers to define solutions that meet their goals and business objectives; facilitate implementation and structure of new services.
Mentor and coach junior Treasury Management consultants and associates, and train new TM consultants as appropriate.
Monitor industry trends and competitive practices, including the impact of technology, regulation, and legislative changes related to treasury management.
Partner with Product managers in development of new product solutions and enhancement of existing products and services.
Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function; keep up to date on regulatory changes.
Follow all Bank policies, procedures, and compliance regulations; complete all required annual or job‑specific training.
Maintain working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding BSA, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other applicable regulations.
Coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as a subject‑matter expert.
Actively learn, demonstrate, and foster the Columbia corporate culture in all actions and words.
Takes personal initiative and serves as a positive example for others.

About You
Bachelor’s Degree.
Master’s degree in finance, accounting, marketing, or business.
2–4 years of experience in Treasury Management Sales, Sales Support, or related business experience.
More than 10 years of experience in treasury management sales, service, and/or support. (Required)
Extensive knowledge of bank payment systems, treasury management solutions, and competitive practices.
Proficient knowledge of sales principles and practices to effectively market treasury management solutions.
Demonstrated strong ability to develop and execute sales planning within assigned territory.
Proven ability to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, build new relationships, and source new business.
Proven ability to manage complex commercial account relationships and advise clients on best practices.
Extensive analytical, problem‑solving, and customer‑service skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and industry‑specific software.
The pay range for this role is $105,000.00 – $175,000.00. The selected candidate’s pay rate will depend on non‑discriminatory factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation; details will be provided during recruitment.
