The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in environmental law, focusing on regulatory compliance and litigation. Duties

Engage in environmental litigation and regulatory compliance.

Handle site remediation and due diligence tasks.

Collaborate on significant redevelopment projects, including Brownfields.

Contribute to real estate transactions involving environmental considerations.

Requirements

6-10 years of experience in environmental law.

Licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York.

Experience with ISRA and site remediation.

Ability to generate or bring a portable business is preferred.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

Bar admission in New Jersey and New York.
