Medical Spa Director - Aesthetic Industry Sales Location: 4660 Hoffman Blvd, Hoffman Estates, IL 60192 Operating hours: Monday-Friday 10:00 am‑7:00 pm, Saturdays 10:00 am‑3:00 pm.

Position Overview The Clinic Director combines business management with a passion for aesthetics to deliver exceptional results and a world‑class experience to every client.

You will lead a high‑performing team, achieve revenue goals, and ensure clients leave confident, cared for, and excited to return.

Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Business Growth

Own and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals through effective sales strategies and high‑value consultations.

Lead by example in closing treatment packages, upselling services, and maximizing client lifetime value.

Implement targeted marketing and promotional campaigns to increase lead generation and conversion rates.

Track key performance metrics daily and coach team members for consistent improvement.

Client Experience Excellence

Oversee the full client journey—from initial inquiry to post‑treatment follow‑up—ensuring a seamless, high‑touch experience.

Maintain the clinic’s reputation for professionalism, privacy, and exceptional results.

Resolve client concerns quickly and proactively to build trust and loyalty.

Implement programs that encourage repeat visits, referrals, and long‑term client relationships.

Team Development & Leadership

Recruit, train, and mentor a team that excels in both sales and service.

Foster a positive, performance‑driven culture that aligns with LightRx’s luxury standards.

Conduct regular performance reviews and ongoing training to elevate team skills.

Operational Oversight

Manage day‑to‑day clinic operations, including scheduling, inventory, compliance, and financial performance.

Ensure the clinic environment is pristine, inviting, and consistent with brand standards.

Maintain strict adherence to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

3+ years in a leadership role with a proven record of exceeding sales targets, ideally in aesthetics, luxury retail, fitness, or wellness.

Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build urgency, trust, and excitement.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Highly organized with strong business and operational acumen.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in medical aesthetics or a luxury service environment.

Knowledge of body contouring, skin rejuvenation, and other non‑invasive treatments.
