1+ Years of Restaurant Management Experience
– You’ve done this before and know your way around a kitchen & a P&L.

Natural Leadership

A Sales & Strategy Ninja
– You find ways to boost business and keep costs in check.
✔
Someone Who Can Handle the Heat
– Both from the kitchen and in fast‑paced situations.
✔
Weekend & Night Availability

– Can lift 50 lbs and rock a 12‑hour shift when needed.
