Manage staff through scheduling, performance evaluation, and development.
Implement company curriculum and coach teachers.
Ensure compliance with company, state, and licensing standards.
Maintain a safe, educational, and caring environment.
Promote the company’s positive image and attract families.
Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
Help achieve company profitability.
Job Requirements
At least 21 years old.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Meet state education requirements.
Willingness to attain state mandated Director requirements.
1–2 years supervisory/management experience with at least six non-exempt associates; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
$70,000–$76,000 depending on position, education, and experience; bi‑weekly and daily pay options.
Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) for full‑time employees; limited medical for part‑time.
Paid time off and 401(k) with company match.
Tuition reimbursement, credential assistance, and Master Teacher Program.
