Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, understanding their project requirements and ensuring a seamless transition to our internal project management and scientific teams.
Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and project initiation. Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and quotes. Lead contract negotiations, including Confidentiality Agreements (CDAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Work Orders, in close collaboration with legal and finance departments.
Work closely with internal teams including R&D, Process Development, Manufacturing, and QA/QC to develop client-centric solutions and ensure alignment on project feasibility and scope. Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing critical market feedback to guide company strategy and service offerings.
Represent NTOB at major international scientific conferences, trade shows, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

A minimum of 8-10 years of proven business development or sales experience within the CDMO, CRO, or biopharmaceutical industry.
Must have a strong track record of successfully selling CDMO services to North American and/or European clients.
