What is Required (Qualifications)
BE/BTech/ME/MTech/M.S. in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in delivering quality software in a collaborative environment
Strong proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with commonly used packages
Proven experience with ASGI web app frameworks, REST APIs, and SQLAlchemy libraries
Advanced knowledge of relational and non‑relational databases, including SQL syntax and query optimization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with cloud providers (preferably Azure/AWS) and infrastructure as code
Knowledge of distributed computer systems and microservices architecture patterns
Expertise in using GenAI for code development and optimization
Track record of mentoring junior engineers and contributing to technical decision‑making
