General Manager Pay Range: $23.00-$25.00 PLUS POTENTIAL PRODUCTION BONUS ranging from $400.00-$2000.00
Job Description JPC LLC is a franchise with Domino’s Pizza, offering a fun, flexible environment and opportunities for growth. As General Manager, you will be responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. You will set the example, enforce policies, manage schedules, order products, train and hire team members, and work toward a profit share bonus based on controlling costs within goals.
Responsibilities You will be responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. You will be in charge of making schedules, ordering products, training team members and hiring. A profit share bonus is awarded to GMs based off controlling costs within goals.
Qualifications
At least 18 years or older.
Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience.
Must be able to work weekend nights.
