Location: Washington, D.C. (On‑site) – Clearance Required: TS/SCI
We are a small, high‑impact team that builds and runs the SharePoint environment for federal intelligence‑community clients.
As a SharePoint Engineer, you will design, implement, and sustain solutions that help analysts and leaders make data‑driven decisions.
Responsibilities
Own the SharePoint stack—maintain and sustain sites, subsites, lists, libraries, and features; proactively monitor workflows and fix defects.
Provide user support—triage work‑stoppage issues, resolve tickets, and manage joiner/leaver permissions.
Ensure resilience—plan and execute upgrades, migrations, and IT changes while restoring all data, functionality, and permissions. Coordinate with the CIO and agency experts to anticipate platform changes.
Build capabilities—translate stakeholder requirements into designs; integrate with other apps or databases; ship web parts, reports, user guides, admin run books, and provide training.
Automate business processes—deliver tools/portals for tasking, records management, processing, resource management, internal controls, risk management, meeting scheduling, and Hotline/Whistleblower intake.
Run compliant public‑facing content across classified networks; ensure sites meet Section 508 accessibility standards and partner on displays, reports, and metrics.
Advance knowledge management—ingest, transform, and load datasets to improve findability; automate routine office processes within SharePoint.
Qualifications
TS/SCI clearance required.
Bachelor's in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of SharePoint engineering experience: site architecture, lists/libraries, workflows, permissions, web parts, integrations, user and admin documentation, and training.
Experience supporting content on Department of Defense classified networks.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, PowerApps, and automation tools.
