About The Team The Inside Sales Team is responsible for selling group, suite, and season tickets at Oracle Park by executing targeted outbound sales campaigns and building relationships with prospects. They are also responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients in support of their game day experience, enjoying part of an iconic franchise in the sports world. About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven high‑volume Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will generate new business and manage existing accounts through outbound and inbound sales activities, contributing to the growth of group sales, premium hospitality and season ticket programs. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, handling 80–100 calls and emails daily, and exceed sales targets. This part‑time, remote position (with potential in‑office work if local) covers all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to closing and post‑sale servicing.
Responsibilities
Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
Manage sales cycle by conducting needs assessments, presenting solutions, handling objections, and guiding prospects to closing.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities and client interactions.
Develop deep product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends.
Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Participate in training, provide feedback, and continuously improve sales skills.
Qualifications
Proven high‑volume sales and/or service experience with a record of exceeding targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and rapport‑building abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Highly motivated to build a career in sports sales.
Bachelor’s degree.
Compensation Hourly rate: $23–$25, plus commissions.
Benefits After 60 days, eligible for indemnity healthcare (Healthy SF) including medical, dental, prescription coverage, and Giants tickets.
